I wonder if any of you can help me learn to deal with doubters. I recently took part in and qualified as a PBL teacher through bir.org and PBLU.org. It was a great and rigorous course that shares so many similarities with FC teaching and planning.

My journal can be read here and I enjoyed every second. However, this week I have been asked to justify my teaching, which really hurts as I spend so much time planning and thinking. I am worried that I will never get the opportunity to implement FCPs either...

Can anyone help me - how do you deal with this? My biggest problem is the parents and the SMT's lack of understanding. My blog post INTO THE WOODS explains more... As does this post, which I just wrote after finishing the FC book and being excited to go further...
